Two users can access your Toolkit and Urchin statistics, the Account Manager and the Package Manager.

Package Manager information can be held by any individual who has authority to manage package-specific information for a given hosting package under your account. This includes email passwords and configurations, web forwarding, usage statistics and more.

Accessing the Toolkit as Package Manager
When you access the Toolkit (http://toolkit.ilisys.com.au) as Package Manager, you are able to manage information that is specific to that hosting packages.

To access the Toolkit as Package Manager, your username will be the package's primary domain name (without the www.).

Contact Technical Support (support@ilisys.com.au or 1800 995 645) if you have forgotten your Package Manager password. You may also request that your Package Manager password be sent to you by clicking the link on the Toolkit login page (http://toolkit.ilisys.com.au).

Accessing Urchin as Package Manager
When you access your Urchin statistics (http://urchin.ilisys.com.au) as Package Manager, you will have access to all statistics for that specific hosting package.
